Can't watch!!!!
Sorry but I can't watch it. I have fast internet and have tried loading the movie in firefox, ie and chrome. Seriously, Id rather load the whole movie at once in a big file than have this streaming crap. Im sorry but a movie that doesnt load isnt a movie at all, but from what I saw (I did watch the intro like 5 times trying to get this to work) it looks pretty awesome.

The story was reasonably good with a big question mark at the end but the graphics could have been a lot better. Like, you didnt even bother to draw a night sky and just used a jpeg lol. With a bit more effort this could have been amazing but instead it was just good. The story could have gone a little further I thought aswell.
Also check out a movie called "Hard Candy", the opening sequence is much like your animation.

Interesting.
It started out a bit cliche and boring but got better as it went along.
The drawing of the tree was really good, cudos. It think it would make for a good platformer game or level :P
Interesting that you should see it that way, because that was where I got the idea from - a point & click I was making in Flash back in 2005 where you just keep climbing upward the whole time. (I never finished that project, alas.)

Tests shouldn't be uploaded to NG, especially ones this short.
Also remember to stream you music, otherwise it plays forever and makes the file size bigger.
